Initial Meeting

The initial meeting consists of you explaining your dream home. You detail the size of your house, what you want to find inside, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, where you want these located and even other, smaller features. it is your chance to completely indicate what you want in a home with the construction firm. During this initial meeting, you need to have a general budget in place so the construction team knows what to work for. This way, they can tell you exactly how much is probably and what you might need to alter slightly in order to obtain your dream home. Blueprints

After the initial consultation, Berardo Homes can get back to you, sit you down and go over the early blueprints. Construction
